Dear All Residents/Community Members of Wembley Park, You are warmly invited to attend our upcoming Wembley Park Ward Panel Meeting which is taking place on Wednesday 14th Jan 2026. This meeting brings together local community members and your Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) to discuss ward priorities, community concerns, crime prevention, and how we can continue improving safety across Wembley Park. Meeting Point: Brent Civic Centre (Engineers Way, Wembley Park, Wembley HA9 0FJ) – Ground Floor, Starbucks Seating Area at 1830 hrs. Upon arrival, we will gather here and then be allocated to a room inside Brent Civic Centre.
This ward panel will allow local residents to set policing priorities, raise concerns, review local issues, and work directly with the SNT to improve safety and reduce crime. It is your opportunity to influence how your area is policed. The aims of the ward panel are: a. To ensure the local community is closely involved in setting the ward-level priorities for the ward and the Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT). b. To support activity on the ward priorities. c. To scrutinise the work of the SNT. d. To encourage and support community members to become more closely involved in problem-solving and crime prevention. e. To support the SNT in building trust and confidence within the wider community. f. To be representative of their community and have considerable reach within the community. g. To assist the police in increasing community engagement, for example through community contact sessions. h. To support groups within the ward that have a focus on crime prevention and community safety, such as Neighbourhood Watch. We encourage all residents, workers, and community members from Wembley Park to attend. Your voice directly shapes our ward priorities and helps us build a safer community together.
